Tim joined our team in September of 2021 as a combination residential inspector, with over 10 years experience in the residential field with five years as an inspector, he has firm knowledge of the SC Residential Code. Tim has also served as a Property Maintenance inspector and has received high marks from the jurisdictions he served.

 

He uses his knowledge of the code to help contractors and owners to understand what the code requires. Providing services for many jurisdictions, with his past employer, has given him the experience needed to be a great asset to the CC&I Team.
