Code Consulting & Inspection Services, LLC (CC&I) provides Chapter 1 building code inspections, Chapter 17 special inspections for SC state projects, code consulting, building department supplemental services, plan review services, third party inspections, complete building department and fire code inspections.  Our team provides accurate analysis, consultation, and detailed documentation in a timely fashion for residential, commercial, and state owned properties.  CC&I provides third party inspection services for the SC Office of School Facilities (OSF) and the SC Office of the State Engineer (OSE).  Our team of inspectors have been a part of over 1000 project with these departments and has a combined experience of well over 120 years in the inspection field.  We are always looking forward to future opportunities, clients, and projects.  We are prepared for this future because of our past.
