Terry joined the CC&I team in June of 2021 coming from the Greenville County BD as a residential combination inspector. He has past experience as a Radiation & Nuclear gauge technician, soils technician, ACI, and has HAZWOPER 40hr training. Terry is very knowledgeable with the residential building code. He speaks with owners and contractors with great respect and has a way of handling projects with many compliments being expressed to our office staff.

 

Terry is a member of the International Code Council and the Upper State Code Code Enforcement Association.
