Wayne is the Chief Executive Officer for CC&I Services. His 25 years in management and administration has taught him the importance of communication and solid leadership. He works diligently to maintain his respected reputation with clients. Wayne over-sees the company all while making clients and team members needs take precedence. His company policies provide a positive work environment. With over 30 years of experience in customer service, Wayne knows the importance of providing clients the service they deserve and strives to exceed their expectations.

Wayne is a member of ICC, Upper State Code Enforcement Association, Coastal Code Enforcement Association, Building Officials Association of SC and the SC Plumbing, Mechanical & Gas Inspectors Association. He is also registered as a SC Certified Fire Marshal with the Office of State Fire Marshal. Wayne served on the ICC Mechanical Exam Development Committee for four years with his second two year term as the chairman.
