Scott joined the CC&I team in February 2022. He served two years as a plan reviewer and building inspector for Berkeley County, he held a position as an HVAC technician for the county prior. Scott has an associates degree from the University of Kentucky Southeast, as well as an EPA Universal Certification. Scott held the position as a Youth Pastor at Shiloh
Church in Middlesboro KY and now serves as a worship Leader for Freedom Church in Moncks Corner, SC. Scott is a member of Costal Code Enforcement Association.
