Josh Christian

Josh is the Chief Operations Officer for CC&I Services. His 11 years within this profession and previous position as project manager/ lead inspector for a private inspection firm gave him the experience needed to lead and adapt to any situation. As COO, Josh oversees day-to-day operations, supports project managers and provides leadership for all inspectors. He holds a degree in Building Construction Technology and Industrial Engineering from Piedmont Technical College.

Josh’s knowledge of South Carolina OSF and OSE projects has proven to be a large asset for our clients, design teams and general contractors.
Josh is a member of the SC Plumbing, Mechanical, & Gas Inspectors Association where he is currently the Vice President.
