Jay is no stranger to the construction industry, from crew leader to business owner he has covered construction on all sides.  With over 16 years’ experience as an ICC certified inspector, Jay has the knowledge it takes to make sure construction complies with the requirements of the code.  As a Certified Building Official he also knows what it takes to make for a smooth transition from footings to the certificate of occupancy issuance.  Jay is just one more reason that CC&I is a wonderful asset to any client.
