Third Party Inspections
You may find that your local building department, fire marshal's office, other government agency or design team is requiring you to have third party inspections or test witnessing. This is not an uncommon situation and we at CC&I have provided these services numerous times. We provide the necessary inspections, test witnessing and reporting required for your project.

CC&I provides building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, energy, special and chapter 17 inspection services. We have the certifications needed for your project's approval. We have the flexibility to provide your inspections during a time that works best for you. We work with our client, the design team, and/or contractors on site to help ensure their is no delay in project production. This alone can help make your project a successful one.
