OSF & OSE
CC&I Services conducts inspection services for Office of School Facilities and the Office of State Engineer. With our team of professionals we are able to provide all building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, & fire code inspections that the International Code Council and SC Building Codes Council requires. This ability has enabled us to provide services for multiple school districts and state agencies throughout South Carolina.
Third Party Inspections
Building Department requiring you to have third party inspections conducted? That's where we come in, you can count on us! If you need a power release, gas release, or if your project demands too much for the local agency.
Project Assistance, Plan Review, and Code Consulting
Our consultants have the comprehensive knowledge and experience that is required to meet your code demand. This allows us to find the issues based on your specific jurisdiction’s code requirements, and provide code interpretations to make for an easier solution. Our goal is anticipating and correcting code violations for safety and efficiency in a timely manner.
